Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer announced yesterday at a conference in Orlando, Florida that come this fall the creative minds behind (RIM) Research in Motion would launch the Blackberry Bold 9900 and 9930. As the newest and smallest phones to date, both 9900 and 9930 come equipped with the browser platform BlackBerry 7, and with Microsoft at the wheel, these tiny wonders now feature 4G technologies supercharging their bowser speeds to 60 frames per second.

The BB 7 operating system will not only promote BING as their the default search engine but Microsoft has hopes to turn things around for the underdog, both the 9900 and the 9930 have been deeply integrated by BING, contributing to the its incredibly user friendly applications. Enhanced by high-powered performance, blazing fast connectivity and voice enabled search capabilities the Bold 9900 will also feature the impressive Near Field Communications promises a secure exchange of information within a short distance and resulting in a cost-effective way to keep employees connected and productive while providing a safe means of interaction that firewalls sensitive material.

The liquid graphic touch screen might just be the cherry on top of these delights and its clear the highly anticipated BlackBerry Bold 9900 and 9930 have easily positioned themselves to soar high above the completion.

Recently, User Centric, a consulting firm that focuses on improving users’ experience, conducted an eye tracking study to compare the amount and distribution of attention spent on Bing and Google search results pages.

Participants in the study included 24 “experienced users” of both Google and Bing, all between 18 and 54 years old. Each performed eight searches; four on Google and four on Bing.

Regardless of whether the users were using Google or Bing search engine, all 24 participants looked at the organic search results for their queries. However, nearly 80% ignored the paid ads on the right side of the page. Participants spent more time looking on the left on Bing (2.9 seconds) than on Google (1.2 seconds). That means, ad placement among the top sponsored results on Google attracted 22% more attention than on Bing.

User Centric’s resources include the largest dedicated usability testing studio and most portable labs of any North American consulting firm.

To what can this increase be attributed? Is Bing the better search engine? According to Hitwise Google’s “success rate” ? the percentage of times users click on links yielded by searches ? is 65 percent, versus 82 percent for Bing.

However, Google remains, by far, the most popular search engine, with close to 70 percent of the market.

In recent days, Google accused Bing of copying its search results, which has set off yet another Microsoft versus Google debate.

Bing executive Yusuf Mehdi, senior vice president of Microsoft’s Online Services Division, blogged about the accusation, remarking that, “We do not copy results from any of our competitors. Period. Full stop.” In the same blog, he accused Google of a “cloak and dagger click fraud” scheme to discredit Bing’s search practices.

And what of this ‘click fraud'; an attack employed by spammers on the web to trick consumers and produce bogus search results? Earlier this week, Search Engine Land wrote about a Google experiment that ended up showing Bing’s results for a few obscure queries mirror those of Google’s. Microsoft, shocked into going on the defensive, said it uses tools that monitor the search practices of users who opt in anonymously. That process happened to cause some Bing results to apparently mimic Google’s, Microsoft said.

Mehdi described Google’s “experiment” as rigged to manipulate Bing search results through said click fraud.

So, what does this prove? As stated succinctly at the Microsoft blog, “Nothing anyone in the industry doesn’t already know. As we have said before and again in this post, we use click stream optionally provided by consumers in an anonymous fashion as one of 1,000 signals to try and determine whether a site might make sense to be in our index.”

Recently, Google decided to show on its homepage colorful pictures as a background. Just like Bing does. A negative respond of the Internet was on an enormous scale. I was browsing many sites and I didn’t find any positive comment about a new (stolen from Bing) Google’s idea. What people love about Google is simplicity and clean design.

Clean Web Design We go to Google to find quickly information, not to have fun. That trend is seen also among all websites for any size of business. Nowadays, not too many clients ask for flash and colorful images on their website. Delivering clear message and valuable information on a website for your business is possible only if design is clean and simple. This way you can easily and effectively deliver a message to your customers. Then, with a little bit of bright color focus their attention on elements which make money for you – I am talking about calling to action buttons such as “contact us”, “buy now” etc.

White or very light background with a black font always will look gorgeous. This is also the greatest combination of colors to deliver the best experience with reading on the screen.

You can also take a look at our Web Design portfolio, to see that majority of our work contains simple, clean and light design.

A new next generation Smartphone from Apple, the iPhone 4 has over 100 new features. However among those new elements we can find 7 the most excited aspects of iPhone4.

Pricing and Colors. The iPhone 4 will be available in two colors black and white. The 16GB model of iPhone 4 will cost $199 and the 32GB model of iPhone4 will cost $299. Both of these prices require the 2-year contract with AT&T.

Bing. In addition to Google, which remains the default search engine, and Yahoo, which existed as an option on the iPhone, iOS 4 will give users the option to use Bing.

Display Screen The iPhone 4 resolution comes in at 326dpi. Jobs said this resolution is actually higher than the human eye can see .

Video Chat and Camera. The iPhone 4 has a 5MP LED flash enabled camera that has 5x digital zoom. The iPhone 4 will be able to record 720p HD video at 30fps. On top of that, there’s video chat.
