Experts said the website is worth even $1 billion. The company declared in 2009 its revenue between $750 million and $800 million.

The company Go Daddy Group Inc. runs the world’s largest web domain name registrar, and currently it has more than 43 million web domains under management. GoDaddy.com is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and owned by Bob Parsons, who founded the company in 1997.

Investors interested to buy Go Daddy are attracted because of the secure cash flow from monthly fee-based subscriptions. In addition Go Daddy sells also e-commerce, security and many other web services to people and businesses.

Similar to dotcom (.com) domains, .co are available to everyone. Dotco domains are already widely recognized, more than 20 countries already use them for their country-specific domains (for example .co.uk and .co.jp).

The cost of .co domain depends on register and it is: $29.90 at godaddy, $39.90 at Network Solutions and $40.00 at Register.com.
